Our Dakota Convertible Backpack by Ebisu is one of the best things since sliced bread. This amazing bag can be easily worn as a shoulder bag or backpack without adjusting straps or clasps. Simply pull the strap up at the top to throw over your shoulder, or pull the strap tight at each side to toss over your back. Adjust the strap longer or shorter to meet your needs!

The exterior is covered in vintage inspired leatherette in your choice of black or brown. The front flap fastens in the front with a magnetic snap on the belt buckle closure right next to the roomy front zippered pocket. Unzip the front flap and flip up to insert just about everything but the kitchen sink. The interior is lined with signature Ebisu fabric and includes one zippered pocket and two open top pockets.

I Really love this bag!! I was very impressed with the vintage look and brown color. I was not too sure about how big the size would be. It was a little bigger than I would have preferred. However, I'm sure I could find plenty to fill it up with. I really am excited about how diverse it is (carried as a purse of backpack). Overall, I'm really pleased with it!!

Great Bag

I really like this bag a lot fits a lot of things . I would recommend this bag to a friend. It is a great bag to fit your makeup bag , wallet , cell phone and its great for travel. if u like big bag get it its on backorder again.

This bag is big and bulky. When you put your things inside, it is awful to find anything because it all sinks to the bottom. I did not like it at all and I love a big bag usually. But not this one,I returned it.

Great bag, but not what I was looking for.

This bag is HUGE! I should have checked the dimensions before ordering though---16"x15.5" is almost the size of a school backpack, which is bigger than I wanted. I'm returning it, but it was really nice. Also, it was so large that I'm not sure it would be the best as a shoulder bag---unless you like really gigantic shoulder bags!

Hmmm...

This bag is all that I wanted in a bag: large, sturdy, enough compartments, very cute, plus the backpack feature is also cute and actually usable....but I have no idea why there is a magnet in a place where another type of connecter would have worked just as well. This was frustrating as I bought the bag specifically because it didn't seem to have magnets (the issue with my last bag). It's easily removable though, and you can replace it with stick-on velcro. Otherwise very satisfied.

i just received my bag! its the perfect size for school! however, the leather smells a little funky, but that will probably clear up after a while. i would have liked it the straps were a a bite wider since i have to carry all my books in it. but look wise, definitely hyped!!

Bag is Versatile

I have this same exact 1 in light tan, or off white, and I brought it thru another web company, and I had been searching for a "similar" black version to have for the fall, winter season as black goes w/ everything:). Criteria being it should be convertible from purse to backpack, and this is exact 1 as my original. I'm a person who loves convenience, and versatility, limiting complications. The more bang for your bucks kind of girl. I'm also into big things, spacious room. So if you're like me, you'll love this bag. It truly is worth it. Am so glad I found the exact 1.
