Thanks for the update. Just wondering, how come some are open to Canadian residents and some are not?
Hi Emily! The rules of the contests are in large part at the discretion of the blog author. Whenever a giveaway host asks to whom their contest can be open, we always say US and Canada residents. However, sometimes hosts do not ask and thus go by their own sites’ rules.
