Every effort is made by Handbag Heaven to ensure your 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please complete the form below, once received we will provide full return instructions via email.
CONDITIONS
- Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee covers items that are not suitable or merchandise that is defective.
- Returns or exchanges must be made and received within 30 days of purchase.
- All items must be in brand new condition with all tags attached and unmarked with original box and packaging.
- ITEMS THAT HAVE HAD THE TAGS REMOVED, BEEN USED, ALTERED IN ANYWAY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.
- Handbags returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
- Please package your return properly. Handbags that are returned damaged due to insufficient packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- We will refund the original purschase price and any taxes less the original shipping costs.
- Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer.
- Exchanges will be charged/credited any price difference accordingly and are subject to an additional $7.95 shipping and handling fee.
- If the item you received is defective, you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We will do our best to replace the defective item as soon as possible. The original item must be returned to us for inspection prior to the new item being sent.
